Step 1 - Creating the skeleton
Red steel icon
The goal of this tutorial is to create an icon look like this:
Step 1.
First of all we need to create a new document with a size of 150x150px and white background:
Step 2.
As next step select the background tool and set the color similar to this and draw on the background layer.
Step 3.
Now add a new layer and select the Ellipse tool and draw a circle on it.
